Return and Exchange
At JUMP we strive for customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you may make an impulse purchase or a product may not fit you exactly how you imagined it would. So we do except returns. But the customer has to pay the return fee.
Though we do not do any refunds, we will happily offer you the option to exchange: for a different size or colour, for another choice. purchase.
Just make sure you contact us at within 3 days of receiving your order. All items should be in their original condition and returned new, unused, with original tags still attached, unwashed and free from stains.
Pack the item(s) and invoice in the same or similar packaging and make sure the package is completely sealed.
You will need to arrange a courier to pick up the return package from your side.
All items will be inspected on return. Any items failing the inspection may be sent back to you.
In an exchange you only have to pay the return fee. If you are exchanging for a different item you will have to pay the price difference if any.
Faulty goods
Though we pay up most attention to get you a quality product, there may be an unlikely occasion where item(s) you receive are damaged or faulty. In this case please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will offer you an exchange.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide an exchange.
Items that cannot be exchanged
Items not in their original condition, used, without original tags, washed, damaged or stained may not be eligible for exchange. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
